Manufacturing & Printing Options
Product Design Options
We can easily create a custom binder, sleeve, or mailer configuration for your specific project. Our hallmark is the ability to identify your specific needs and find the right solution.
+/- Safety-sleeve® material: All standard products offer Safety-sleeve® non-woven material for optimal disc protection. Most products can also be ordered without it.
Matte/glossy: All Safety-sleeve® products can be constructed with either a matte or glossy look.
+/- Pockets: Many products can be constructed with additional pockets for graphics or discs. In most cases, products shown with graphic pockets can also be manufactured without graphic pockets.
Tamper Resistant: Primarily featured with adhesive products. Some tamper resistant products require automated disc insertion during manufacturing.
Adhesive backing: Excellent for combining discs with books or manuals.
Hole spacing: Options include 3.13” standard hole spacing, used primarily for UniKeep™ wallets, 2-ring and A4 binders . Our 4.25” hole spacing fits standard 3-ring binders and UniKeep™ binders. Additional options available.
Removable Pages: We offer pages that can be added or removed to binders and wallets including plastic and metal rings for project flexibility and variability.
Non-removable Pages: Includes glue, rivets, and post & screw options. Additional products may be designed for butterfly insert packs or may have tabs for inserting sleeves. Ask your sales consultant for details and recommendations.

Full-color Printing
Single to full-color graphics can be flexo, litho or screen printed directly on most of our products. |
Appliqué
Using a custom die to apply, cut, and seal pieces of colored material to the
surface of another, effectively raising the finished artwork above the base layer. |
Clear Overlay/Entrapment
A clear layer of film on the outside allows the insertion of a printed cover sheet.
Entrapment completely seals the insert into the product. |

Debossing
Using heat and pressure, a die presses a graphic into the surface of the product. |
Foil Stamping
Using dies, heat, pressure, and colored foils, graphics are applied to the surface producing a shiny design. |
Screen Printing
Using color- separated artwork, a screen is created for each separate color and used to apply opaque ink to the product. |
